Nikon lens adapter for Olympus mount?
I'm kinda new to DSLR photography so I need a little help. I bought a Sigma 55-200mm F4-5.6 lens for my Olympus mount without knowing it was for Nikon (very stupid I know) and I just came across lens adapters today.
Would this adapter http://cgi.ebay.com.sg/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220460362302
be suitable for my Olympus E-520 mount? Also, what does DC mean? On the lens box it says for digital, DC. Please help! It's either getting a camera lens adapter or dropping 400 on a new Zuiko Lens..
You should return the Nikon Mount lens and order the Olympus mount version. Although the adapter you show will allow you to use the lens on your E-520, you will not have Auto Focus or metering. Trust me on this - you really don't want to use stop-down metering.
