Where can i buy a cheap SLR?

I just need it for my AS photography and have been told to get one from eBay for about £30... however every one i have bidded on there is always some annoying person who decides to bid about 50p higher 10 seconds before it ends. haha.

So.. are there any OTHER sites where i can pick up a cheap working 35mm slr camera (not minolta/olympus).
