Are you saying you have a 35-80 mm zoom lens? Minolta made one that has the A-Type lens mount, so of course it will work.
Are you asking what is the focal length? The focal length is 35 mm to 80 mm and all the focal lengths in between.
Your Maxxum 3xi uses any Minolta A-Type lens. All these lenses are autofocus, although you can focus them manually.
