Lens adaptor mount for Canon 5D?

Hi guys

I recently bought an old SONY betacamcorder just for the lens, it's got a Fujinon Aspheric 16x TV zoom lens. I am thinking of buying a Canon 5D Mkii in the not-so-distant future. However, I want to find out how I could fit the Fujinon lens onto the Canon, and if it would work at all?

Any input in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Step 1 would be find out the exact mount of the Fujinon lens.

Step 2 is search for the adapter, either to EF, or something that has an adapter to EF. T or M42 would be possible intermediate mounts. Every adapter will add to the lens-sensor distance, and may ultimately prevent you from being able to focus the lens at all with that Canon, or limit you to very close shots.
