Cool/Warm Skintones: Can someone please set it straight for me?
I'm really confused with the whole cool skintone/warm skintone thing. One person always says one thing, while another person says the opposite! I've read on countless websites that asians are "cool" which means that they're under the blue/red undertone category. However, our skin is usually pretty obviously yellow undertoned... so wouldn't that make us WARM? Can someone please help? THANKS!
& if you are cool skinned, would you buy a cool hair color (&warm skin with warm hair color) or would you get the opposite (cool tone w/ warm hair, etc.)?

To find out skintones you have to look at your face and try to decide, if you know straight off the bat you look good in greenish/yellowish or other warm colored clothes and jewelry then you are most likely warm, if you look good in cool colored clothes like blues pinks and greys and silver jewelry your probably cool. or, if there is a rosy pickish kind of look under your skin, or more of an olivy Yellow Color. If it is rosy and pickish your cool and olivy and yellowish your warm. Still confused? Look at the veins in your inner arm, are they blue or green if there blue your cool if there green your warm. If you still can't figure it out than it is best to consider yourself neutral. it is commonly suggested that for your skin tones you wear makeup, clothes and jewelry that have the same undertones as your skin, and same with haircolor.
